At HSNWATCHES, customer satisfaction is our priority.

• We accept returns or exchanges only if the product is damaged or the wrong item is delivered.

• Claims must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.

• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

• Refunds or replacements will be processed after the returned item has been inspected.

• We do not offer refunds for change of mind or normal wear and tear.
